Welcome to Reel Adventures Fishing Charter! By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Please read them carefully.

A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before departure. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash. Failure to pay the deposit may result in cancellation of your reservation. 25% of the total cost of trip is the deposit


Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


Cancellations made by the customer at least 7 days before the trip. A  refund of the deposit, whereas cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Customers may reschedule their trip up to seven days in advance. Trips rescheduled less than seven days before departure are generally not allowed, but rescheduling remains at the captain’s discretion. In the event of catastrophic events, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, the captain reserves the right to reschedule. If the captain experiences any boat problems or safety issues, he also reserves the right to cancel and reschedule the trip.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled at the captain’s discretion. Light rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in the event of weather-related changes.

Fishing and boating involve inherent risks, and customers assume all associated risks upon participation. Reel Adventures and its staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. Customers must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.

Customers are responsible for arriving on time at the designated departure location. Depending on state regulations, a valid fishing license may be required, and it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain one if necessary. Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation; however, excessive intoxication will result in trip termination without a refund. The use of drugs and illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Customers may keep fish within legal size and catch limits as per state and federal regulations. The captain has the final say on all fishing-related decisions, including the handling and release of certain species. Customers are responsible for any damage to fishing gear or equipment caused by negligence, and lost or damaged gear may incur additional charges.

Reel Adventures may take photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image to be used in marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of [Insert State]. Both parties agree to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

Reel Adventures reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms before booking. By booking a trip with Reel Adventures Fishing Charter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
